★About Twoucan Creations★
Created in 2025, Twoucan Creations is co-owned by Tamori and Featheryone. We hand pack all orders ourselves at home to provide them with extra care and love :) We are located in the Netherlands.
We open our shop each season for a period of two weeks. After this period we ship out all (international) orders. Click here for more shipping info!
★Do I have to place separate orders for merch from Tamori and Featheryone?★
Nope! You do not have to place seperate orders if you want merch from both Tamori and Featheryone. We ship our goods from the same place and will simply split the revenue based on who sold what :)

★Payment method★
For the time being we cannot accept iDeal payments due to Shopify's new rules. We can accept various payment methods through our website such as Apple Pay, Paypal, and Visa. If you live in the Netherlands and you can only use iDeal, then please contact one of us through Instagram or Bluesky DMs!
★Do I have to pay customs fees on my order?★
You may be charged customs fees for your order. This depends on your country's laws, the total value of your order and a bit of luck (or being unlucky, I guess?). Basically, we can't say for certain whether you'll have to pay customs, but please keep in mind that this might be the case. Customs fees are not covered by Twoucan Creations. We are obligated to put the correct info about your order on the packing slip, so we cannot put down a lower number to potentially avoid/lower custom fees.
★Can I get a refund for my order?★
If your order hasn't been shipped yet then we can still cancel it and refund the full order. If your order has already been shipped, however, then you will first need to return the items to us before the we can issue a refund for the items. Note that in this case, Twoucan Creations will neither refund the original shipping fees nor pay for the return fees. You can only return an item/your order within 14 days after arrival. Furthermore, if the item returns to us damaged due to improper packaging or misuse of the item then we cannot issue a (full) refund. Please contact us via e-mail ( twoucancreations@gmail.com ) about your order.
★Can I return my order if I'm not happy with the items?★
As stated above, you can return (part of) your order within 14 days after receiving it. Please refer to the paragraph above for more information regarding the refund of items and shipping fees when returning an order.
★My package arrived damaged, now what?★
If your package and the items inside arrived damaged, please contact us through twoucancreations@gmail.com ASAP! Please also include pictures of the package as you received it before opening & the items right after taking them out of the package. We will need this evidence in order to receive a damage fee from the carrier. Please note that generally, only tracked packages are eligible for damage fees. Regardless we will try to receive a damage fee and find a solution with you that is satisfying for both parties.
★I still haven't received my order, what should I do?★
If you haven't received your order yet, please first check your inbox to see if your order has been shipped. Because of the shipping system that we work with, we need to save up all orders and then ship them in bulk. You can read more about this on our shipping information page.
If your order has indeed been shipped, please first wait the estimated time period as mentioned on the shipping page. Secondly, please check if there are any delays with your local carrier due to holidays or strikes. If there are no delays and the waiting period has passed, please contact us at twoucancreations@gmail.com so we can look for a solution. Note that we can only track your package and receive damage fees for lost packages if you have paid for tracked shipping.
★About Products★
Our stickers and prints are either printed and cut at home or outsourced as stated in the description. Our charms, pins, and physical zines are all outsourced. All products go through quality control by us personally. All the artwork is created by Tamori and or Featheryone.

Digital and non-digital products are for personal use only. You are granted one (1) non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use the products you have purchased through the Twoucan Creations shop. You agree not to copy, reproduce, redistribute, alter, modify, share with third parties, display the content publicly, or create derivative works of our products.
