Shipping information

★About free shipping★

We offer free shipping on all orders over €20 (about 23 USD or 17 GBP) regardless of shipping destination, with the exception of orders including Rosett books*. We are able to do this by slightly increasing the prices of all our products. Shopify's shipping system is unfortunately very impractical unless you pay for a more expensive subscription or third party apps that can cost up to €19/month. Therefore we chose to solve the shipping problem by distributing the estimated shipping costs among the items. Each item's price has been increased based on its weight and price, including the packaging (min. €0,50 and max €2). 

Orders below €20 will still be charged a small shipping fee as the costs of the products at this point does not usually cover shipping. Example: an order of one sticker (includes €0,50 for shipping) will not cover the shipping costs. We therefore charge a shipping fee for orders below €20, however this fee has been reduced to account for the increased product price. Likewise, tracked shipped is also paid but the fee has been reduced to account for the increased product prices :)

*Rosett books are excluded due to their much larger size & weight than our other items (400 - 600+ grams versus 2 - 20 grams on average) and their fluctuating shipping price (€5+ for shipping within the Netherlands but €16+ for shipping outside of the EU). Therefore orders including Rosett will still have to pay shipping. Our apologies for the inconvenience!

★When will my order be shipped?★

In order to offer low shipping prices we use Intime Delivery to ship our orders. With Intime Delivery we have to make a small payment each time we hand in a bundle of packages, unless we meet a minimum amount of packages. We therefor collect all orders and ship these after the sell period of our physical goods has ended. This should take about 1 - 3 working days until after the sell period has ended. 

Exceptions to this period are orders within the Netherlands and orders to the UK. Since these are shipped through PostNL we don't have to collect these orders to get the cheapest shipping. These orders will thus be shipped out during the selling period of the physical goods. We currently expect to ship out NL & UK orders once a week.

All orders will receive an e-mail notification once their package has been shipped. For an estimation of the shipping duration, please take a look at the paragraph below.

★How long will it take for my order to arrive?★

These are the current estimated shipping times for each destination. Please keep in mind that during the holidays or during strikes these shipping times will increase. We unfortunately have no control over this and cannot track your package unless you paid for tracked shipping :( If your package is running late, please check for any delays and wait before contacting us until the waiting period below has passed:

  • Netherlands: 1 - 3 work days
  • Germany & Belgium: 2 - 5 work days
  • Europe: 3 - 7 work days
  • International: 14 - 28 work days

★Can you track my order?★

We can only track your order if you've paid for tracked shipping, otherwise your order cannot be tracked. If your packages often get lost or delivered in bad condition then we highly recommend using tracked shipping. It only costs a couple euros extra and enables us to get a refund on your product prices (up to €20) and shipping fees in case the carrier loses or damages your order.

★Can I combine items from Featheryone and Tamori in one order?★

Yes you can! We ship from the same place and will combine all orders containing items from both of us. This way the customer can save money on shipping costs and we will save money on shipping and packing materials :)

★Where do you ship to?★

We ship to all countries that the Deutsche Post ships to! We also ship domestic orders and UK orders through PostNL. Please note that the UK orders are a bit of a trial and may not work out due to the Brexit. If this happens, your order will be returned to us and we will refund the amount for the items and for shipping. We currently do NOT ship to the USA due to the new tariffs law.

★Who handles your packing and shipping?★

All orders are packed by us, Featheryone and Tamori :) The orders are then either handed over to PostNL, or sent to Intime Delivery who ships the orders to Deutsche Post. Deutsche Post then delivers the orders to their country of destination, where a local carrier will deliver your order to your mailbox.
